Struggling with my own fertility issues has been the most challenging experience I have ever dealt with. However, in the end, it has allowed for my own personal transformation. Rather than feeling like a victim of my circumstances, I have become a strong woman who has discovered the power of choosing how I look at the world and who I intend to be. It is now my greatest passion to help other individuals find the same sense of empowerment as they struggle with their own issues.

My coaching process is focused on the ability to choose. If you are a fertility patient, I am sure you are taken back by this. "Choice! What choice? I didn't choose this!" I know the feeling of helplessness, of frustration, and the feeling of being misunderstood. Above all, I know the intense sadness that touches the depth of your soul. I know about feeling powerless and completely vulnerable. But I am here to tell you that you do have a choice. You have a choice in who you are going to be in the face of this situation. You can choose what this experience is going to do for you as a person, for you as a couple, for you as an intended parent. You can decide how you will cope with the challenges and how it will define you as a person. You can choose.

Somewhere down the road, we will all face challenges that feel insurmountable. On this journey of life, it is unavoidable. The question becomes, "What do you do when it happens?"
