I am Hope Firsel, founder of NuFocus, Inc., one of the few life coaching businesses focused on individuals and couples facing fertility issues. Becoming an Empowerment Coach was a natural progression for me, both personally and professionally. I earned my Masters Degree from The London School of Economics in Organizational Behavior & Leadership Development and my coaching certification from iPEC Coaching. For an eight year period, I worked with the leaders of a variety of organizations, from small entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, to effectively manage and implement organizational change. I spent my first few years as a consultant working at Hewitt Associates, an international consulting firm whose clients include more than half the FORTUNE 500. I then worked at FPL Advisory Group, a global consultancy that provides high-quality services to the real estate and related financial services industries.

I am now leveraging these professional experiences, in addition to my own personal transformation as a result of my own fertility challenges, to help others create the change they want in their life. Through our work you will come to recognize that life is a journey, not a destination. You will learn that along your journey, you have the power to choose who you want to be in the face of any situation. An empowerment coach will help you understand all of your choices so you can make a conscious decision about who you intend to be in your life. I now find the greatest joy in helping other individuals find a sense of empowerment while dealing with their own fertility challenges.
